About me
My name is Richard Hearing, fully qualified electrician and founder of Hearing Sparks. I am a Lutonian born & bred. Before finding my joy and natural talent in electrics, I got a degree (BA Hons) and Masters (MA), then came home to Luton and worked as an administrator at the University of Bedfordshire, working my way up to management of the course administration teams within one of the Faculties. As much as I enjoyed working with my team there, my passion has always been dealing with more practical problem-solving, which meant I made quite a name for myself with my DIY skills… and so here I am!
About Hearing Sparks
Founded in November 2015 after passing my electrical qualifications. I have built a loyal client list, which I am pleased to say is increasing with every job I complete – some customers have already asked me back for additional jobs, which I take as a good sign. In December 2016 I successfully completed my assessment to be registered with NAPIT, a competant persons scheme for electricians.
